About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced education professional to lead our school as an Education Director. This role requires a strong educational background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students, teachers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting High Standards of Education: Monitor school progress across key performance indicators, remain focused on improvement, and ensure every student achieves their full potential.
• Teacher Development and Support: Recruit, develop, empower, support, encourage, and retain the best teachers in the school.
• Culture of Mutual Learning: Foster a culture of mutual and continuous learning, respect, collaboration, and coordination among all members of the school community.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Community Relations: Develop strong relationships with the local community, create awareness about education for both male and female children, and encourage them to join our schools.
• Enrolment Strategies: Ensure required student strength is maintained within the school through effective implementation of enrolment strategies.
• Staff Management: Carry out effective outreach of teachers, maintain a CV bank, coordinate with HR teams, manage staff leaves and attendance, and supervise administrative assistants.
• School Operations: Manage school discipline, promote positive character building, maintain school accounts, ensure buildings and premises are well-maintained, and coordinate utility services.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in education leadership, teaching, or administration.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
