- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Additional Requirements: Familiarity with financial management and budgeting; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
