Community Relations Specialist Role

The company is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Community Relations Manager to lead the charge in building, engaging, and nurturing its community of customers, content creators, and partners.

  • This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between the company and its customers, providing valuable feedback to internal teams for improvements.
  • Representing the brand in live sessions, webinars, and interviews, this individual will deliver professional and engaging presentations that showcase the company's expertise.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement and Technical Demonstrations
  • Conduct live product demonstrations for customers, addressing their technical queries and highlighting key features.
Content Creation and Management
  • Develop clear and concise technical content, including explainers, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles around the company's products.
Public Speaking and On-Camera Presence
  • Deliver professional and engaging presentations on behalf of the company.
Community Building and Development
  • Foster strong relationships within the community to promote collaboration, feedback sharing, and brand loyalty.
Marketing Channel Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing teams to leverage affiliate marketing, organic strategies, and content marketing channels to grow community reach and product awareness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in community relations management, technical content creation, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce, PHP/Laravel, and web development frameworks along with web hosting and SaaS technologies.
