Job Summary">

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, creating experiences that connect people to our company. This role requires someone who can combine creativity with execution and vision with detail.

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing events, partnerships, campaigns, and communications to enhance brand awareness. The successful candidate will have expertise in event management, campaign execution, and corporate branding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's vision.
  • Define and manage the brand's identity, tone, and positioning across all channels.
  • Lead brand storytelling initiatives from thought-leadership content to employer branding.
  • Come up with and write case studies as gated/exclusive content to strengthen brand authority and generate leads.
  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, industry conferences, and brand activations.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador at events, speaking engagements, and networking sessions.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with associations, media, and industry leaders to expand brand presence.
  • Lead integrated brand campaigns (digital + offline) to enhance brand awareness.
  • Oversee the development of brand assets, creative designs, and promotional materials.
  • Own PR strategy by securing media opportunities, amplifying the company's achievements, and building a strong brand voice across press and industry platforms.
  • Have a knack for getting the company placed in earned media, with proven examples of successfully achieving coverage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • 4+ years of proven experience in brand management, marketing, or corporate communications.
  • Strong expertise in event management, campaign execution, and corporate branding.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and branding tools.
  • Experience in creating compelling case studies and gated content.
  • Demonstrated success in securing earned media placements with measurable results.
  • Self-starter with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
