We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Research potential leads through online research, industry events, and targeted outreach to identify business opportunities.
- Establish contact with leads via email and phone calls to introduce solutions and create interest.
- Assess the needs and purchasing authority of leads to determine their fit for our offerings.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and overcome objections.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified leads with our Account Executives.
- Record lead information and interactions accurately in our CRM system to track progress and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging.
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Self-motivation, results-driven attitude, and ability to work independently are required.
- Strong Sales and management abilities are necessary.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is beneficial.
