Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and management functions of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement financial plans that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Accounting and Budgeting: Manage the accounting staff responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
  3. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports and financial forecasts to ensure informed decision-making.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, coordinate with external auditors, and provide necessary information for the annual external audit.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CA/ACCA certification
  • Experience with SAP software
  • Asset management expertise
