Technical Support Professional

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via various communication channels.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware peripherals; manage software installations, updates, and patches.
- User Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights; assist in onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Network Support: Assist with network configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance; work closely with the network team to ensure a secure and efficient network environment.
- Documentation and Training: Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and issue resolutions; provide training to end-users on IT-related topics and best practices.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by responding to and resolving IT issues in a timely manner; communicate effectively with end-users to understand and address their needs.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience), strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems, familiarity with networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques, and experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other IT management tools.
