Digital Marketing and Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Technical Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing the WordPress website, providing technical support to employees, and configuring IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in SEO and SMM.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Graphic Design, proven experience in WordPress website management, and a strong portfolio of design and marketing work. They will also have experience in SEO and SMM, Google Analytics, and backlink analysis. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the WordPress website and ensure it is up-to-date.
  • Provide technical support to employees.
  • Configure IT solutions, including implementing new software programs.
  • Install and maintain IT hardware and software.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for digital marketing campaigns.
