Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policies and ensure that our product listings comply with them. They will create, monitor, and optimize product listings on Amazon, manage promotions, and prepare shipments.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, monitor & optimize product listings.
  • Manage content & keep stores up to date.
  • Prepare shipments including reconciliations / reimbursement
  • Must have up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policies and ensure that our listings comply with them.
  • Raise cases with seller support to resolve issues.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and propose strategies.
  • Manage product reviews & feedback to drive growth.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics and implement strategies to ensure account health is maintained.
