We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Officer to provide efficient support to students.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a smooth service experience for students.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Support: Provide assistance at the one-window counter, addressing student requests, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Request Resolution: Work towards resolving student requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Process and manage cases related to degrees, transcripts, and exam-related documents according to university guidelines.
  • Record Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of academic records and certificates.
  • Policy Adherence: Adhere to university rules, regulations, and policies while handling student matters.
  • Campus Operations: Assist the Campus In-Charge in the smooth execution of administrative and operational tasks.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, or related discipline).

Prior experience in student services, administration, or a similar role is preferred.

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of University Policies: Knowledge of university policies and procedures is an advantage.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
