In this critical support role, you will work closely with the Chair to oversee the financial, administrative, and personnel aspects of the Department. Your responsibilities will include preparing schedules, arranging logistics, collecting evaluations, and ensuring timely handovers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies, purchase requests, and maintain an adequate inventory to meet departmental needs.
  • Provide facilitation to rotating residents in submitting PGME forms on time and assist the PGME program director and coordinator as needed.
  • Assist assigned faculties with travel arrangements, ongoing projects, dossiers, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Compile residents' data and prepare quarterly letters for feedback, as well as annual letters for evaluation.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer software like MS Office.
