Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our healthcare software solutions.

Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing of our healthcare software applications.

You will collaborate with technical implementation teams to understand healthcare provider requirements, clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations.

In this role, you will execute existing automated test cases, analyze test results, and report defects to ensure software quality standards.

You will also conduct post-configurations/deployment verification and validation to ensure successful implementation and address any issues reported by healthcare providers, coordinators, or patients.

Additionally, you will review third-party application and end-to-end workflow up to delivery channels to ensure day-to-day operations are being performed smoothly.

Furthermore, you will perform ad-hoc testing on urgent customer-reported issues to identify root causes and mitigate impact on healthcare operations and patient care.

As a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, you will document and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, clinical use cases, and patient care pathways to anticipate potential quality concerns.
