Marketing Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our client's marketing efforts in the Manufacturing & Retail Business.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA, MPA, or Master's degree in Marketing. A strong leadership background with expertise in strategic marketing planning is required to drive business growth and expansion through innovative marketing strategies.

About the Job
  • Conduct semi-annual market research on brand positioning and tracking, presenting findings to top management.
  • Perform competitor analysis of brand activities and pricing strategies, providing regular reports to inform management decisions.
  • Develop yearly marketing plans aligned with the organization's business strategy.
  • Collaborate with top management to develop brand elements according to established criteria.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and creative organizations during Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaigns.
  • Oversee electronic marketing efforts, including website design, maintenance, email marketing, and social media presence.
  • Represent the brand at commercial and cultural events.
  • Design and implement brand promotion activities during off-peak seasons.
  • Plan and conduct quarterly customer service training seminars for retail staff.
  • Conduct mystery shopping activities, analyze feedback, and take corrective action.
