Senior Tax Manager Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead our team in providing tax services to clients across various industries.

This role requires strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with clients, understanding their compliance needs, and developing solutions that meet their requirements.

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients' senior management teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective tax strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to build high-performing teams and foster a positive learning culture.

You will also be responsible for managing engagement economics, organizing staffing, and tracking fees to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax, tax compliance, and tax auditing, with experience working in a large professional services company or similar environment.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or a related field is essential, along with an MBA, Master's, or advanced degree in a related field and/or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent.

Experience of dealing with multinational clients and working in a multi-cultural environment is highly desirable, as is in-depth commercial, legislative, and industry knowledge.
