About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in driving innovation and advancement within our organization. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for providing continuous support and enhancement for essential systems and their underlying infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include managing system updates, coordinating testing and production readiness of critical data, and delivering continuous support to users in a multi-system environment. You will also work closely with internal teams to assess maintenance updates and upgrades to systems, participate in testing and release to production, and contribute to system management and delivery.

  • System Management and Support:
  • Manage system updates, coordinate testing and production readiness of critical data
  • Deliver continuous support to approximately 200 users across multiple legal entities
  • Collaborate with project teams as needed, leveraging technical expertise to aid in project planning, execution, and testing

For this role, we are looking for individuals with a strong background in Computer Science, preferably with a Bachelor's degree. Relevant certifications such as Sage or Microsoft Certification would be beneficial. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required, with a proven track record of development and integration of ERP systems and customized applications.

  • Technical Requirements:
  • SQL Server, Query Writing, In-depth knowledge of Python and .Net development
  • Microsoft Development Platform and Crystal Reports
  • Programming VBA macros
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP and other systems, preferred experience within a Sage based environment
