Job Responsibilities

  1. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.
  2. This role involves partnering with HR to maintain office policies, organizing office operations and procedures, and coordinating with the IT department on all office equipment.
  3. The successful candidate will also manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  4. In addition, they will be responsible for managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease.
  5. They will also provide general support to visitors, manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments, and ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.
  6. This includes developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office, as well as allocating tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitoring their performance.
  7. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to remain updated on technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, joining professional associations, building networks with fellow professionals, and reviewing industry publications.
  8. Responsibilities also include preparing annual budgets for the office, planning expenditures, analyzing variances, and carrying out necessary corrections.
  9. Furthermore, this role requires active participation in the planning and execution of company events, as well as developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures.
