Product Manager

As a key player in shaping product direction, you will ensure our products meet customer needs and expectations.

  • Research market trends, customer use cases, and competitor products to identify problems and business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
  • Translate business needs into executable product requirements and user stories for the development team.
  • Prioritize product backlog items to achieve our product goals within a scrum framework.

You will be responsible for scheduling and leading meetings to identify product issues, managing product roadmaps, and meeting project deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Business/Product Analyst or Product Owner.
  • Strong analytical and product management skills.
  • Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
