Job Overview

Kamstec International specializes in Analytical and Scientific Equipment, providing sales, calibration, repair, and maintenance of instruments to various industries through regular customer visits.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with 4-5 years or more experience in repairing electronic items, possessing a strong understanding of computers and software. Additionally, candidates with technical sales experience in related fields are required.

Service Job Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for installation, demonstrations, pre-installation surveys, follow-up, and recovering outstanding payments, along with other service-related tasks. A good knowledge of component-level repair and understanding of software is essential.

Fresh graduates may be considered for trainee positions, while experienced graduates can apply for regular roles. Please submit your CV detailing your status, expected salary, and any relevant qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Applied Physics, or Chemistry is preferred.
  • Own motorcycle and laptop are required.
  • 4-5 years of experience in repair and maintenance of instruments or sales of similar instruments.
  • Pleasant personality, ability to learn, and teamwork skills are necessary.
  • Experience in service and maintenance of analytical sciences or medical capital equipment; experience with spectrometers, HPLC, or analytical instruments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is essential.
  • Ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits is required.
