Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Maintenance Professional to oversee the upkeep of our facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of interior and exterior spaces.

This role requires excellent leadership, advanced mechanical skills, and effective time management.

  • Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members, ensuring efficient completion and high standards.
  • Conduct regular maintenance inspections to identify potential issues promptly.
  • Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, including offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and outdoor recreation spaces.
  • Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support maintenance and installation work as needed, including hands-on problem-solving and technical tasks.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, supplies, and equipment inventory.
  • Ensure proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or teams.
  • Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, delegating or completing maintenance orders as necessary.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, or similar roles.
  • Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and other building systems, including electrical and structural components.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform labor-intensive tasks as needed.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, guiding and motivating teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams, vendors, and management.
