As a key member of our facilities team, the Facilities Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facility.

This involves overseeing all aspects of facilities management, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality of interior and exterior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, safe, and free from hazards.
  • Conduct Routine Inspections: Regularly inspect the facility to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
  • Delegate Tasks: Assign cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate with Vendors: Work with external vendors to arrange for specialized repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies.
  • Ensure Security: Implement security measures to protect the workplace and its assets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certification: Possess a bachelor's degree or certification in facilities management or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Have proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
  • Advanced Mechanical Skills: Possess advanced mechanical and plumbing skills.
  • In-Depth Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and other building systems.
  • Physical Ability: Be physically able to lift heavy objects.
  • Strong Leadership: Possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

This is a challenging role that requires a motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of facilities management principles.
