Virtual Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Office Manager to provide remote support to our senior management team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Managing routine office duties such as maintaining paperwork, digital filing, typing reports, answering phones, assisting clients, etc.
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Managing a small remote team
  • Submitting reports and preparing proposals and presentations as needed
  • Attending meetings as required
  • Compiling and presenting daily reports
  • Organizing and managing daily tasks
  • Managing sensitive information and confidential legal documents
  • Creating and updating databases and records
Requirements:
  • Higher secondary education and a diploma or higher in any field
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of graphic design
  • Ability to conduct interviews
