Talent Acquisition And Employer Branding Executive

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying and Sourcing Candidates Through Various Recruiting Channels To Build A Pool Of Qualified Candidates.

• Coordinating And Scheduling Interviews With The Leads And Head Of Department (HOD) Ensuring A Smooth And Efficient Process.

• Conducting Initial Phone Screening And In-Person Interviews To Assess Candidates' Suitability For The Job Requirements.

• Extending Job Offers To Selected Candidates And Facilitating The Negotiation Process When Necessary.

• Working Closely With Internal Stakeholders To Ensure Seamless On-Boarding For New Hires.

• Communicating Effectively With New Joiners Handling Documentation Providing Contracts And Necessary Materials For A Successful On-Boarding Experience.

• Maintaining A Comprehensive Database For Interview Scheduling And Consistently Updating Employee Records On HRMS.

• Developing And Executing Innovative Employer Branding Strategies Aligned With Our Overall Business Objectives And Values.

• Creating Engaging Content For Various Platforms Including Social Media Company Website Job Boards And Recruitment Materials To Showcase Our Employer Brand And Employee Value Proposition.

• Ensuring A Positive Candidate Experience Throughout The Recruitment Process By Crafting Compelling Messaging And Content That Accurately Reflects Our Company Culture And Values.

• Planning And Coordinating Employer Branding Events And Activities.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience As A Talent Acquisition Officer Or Internships In A Similar Role.

• Familiarity With Various Recruitment Channels And Sourcing Strategies.

• Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

• Strong Interviewing And Assessment Skills.

• Excellent Organizational And Multitasking Abilities.

• Creative Thinker With The Ability To Develop Innovative Branding Concepts.
