Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of medical claims and payments.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective revenue cycle processes to improve billing accuracy and reduce claim denials.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize revenue cycle performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow between departments.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance and maximize revenue opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and coding principles, including ICD-10 and CPT.
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
