Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospects, schedule appointments, conduct effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and conduct demos to handle objections
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
  • Collaborate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
