We are seeking a seasoned truck dispatcher to provide exceptional support to our clients in the US market. If you have expertise in truck dispatching, fleet management, and understanding of American trucking regulations, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate truck routes for drivers across the United States.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients and drivers.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and provide real-time updates to drivers and clients.
  • Manage truck availability, scheduling, and optimization of routes for cost efficiency.
  • Handle documentation, including delivery status, driver logs, and compliance paperwork.
  • Work with drivers to resolve issues or delays, ensuring all US industry regulations are followed.
  • Communicate with US-based customers and resolve queries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in logistics operations and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in truck dispatching, particularly for the US market.
  • Familiarity with US trucking regulations, road conditions, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with US-based clients.
  • Previous experience in a call center or dispatching role is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
