Job Title: Senior Marketing Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our team focused on wellness and nutrition. The successful candidate will develop a strategic marketing plan for the Nutrition and Neutraceutical portfolio, including qualitative and quantitative vision of Getz Life based on HCP marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a B-Pharm degree and MBA in Marketing, with 8-15 years of experience in pharma marketing and business management, preferably in the nutrition segment. They will possess strategic marketing skills with pharmaceutical and medical background knowledge, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new markets and brands based on future needs of HCPs, patients, and KOL development.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, develop communication strategies and tools, monitor promotional expenses, and oversee training and development of marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and engaging strategies and tools.

Requirements:

  • B-Pharm degree and MBA in Marketing.
  • 8-15 years of experience in pharma marketing and business management, preferably in the nutrition segment.
  • Strategic marketing skills with pharmaceutical and medical background knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.
