We are looking for a seasoned Contracts Manager to join our team and take on the challenges of overseeing complex contracts. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Agreement Documents are thoroughly reviewed and analyzed to guarantee Contractor compliance with contractual requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze all Agreement Documents to ensure Contractor compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate contractual risks and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with the Project Team to identify and address contractual and commercial issues, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Lead negotiation and claims meetings, ensuring that Client interests are protected and represented.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Contractors, Clients, and stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in contract management, applying this knowledge to improve business processes and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with valid Professional membership of PEC and/or International equivalent membership.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant foreign and local work experience in administering, managing, and handling complex contracts.
  • Proven expertise in contract law and commercial practice, including indemnities, insurance, guarantees, warranties, and liquidated damages.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in Contract Management, risk management, and project management, with high-level problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in the use of a range of office software.
