We are seeking a skilled Legal Contracts Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with precision and alignment to legal requirements. They will also ensure compliance with common law, English law, and relevant frameworks, staying up-to-date on legislative changes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drafting & Reviewing: Prepare and review various contracts (vendor, service, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), employment, etc.) with precision and alignment to legal requirements.

  2. Negotiation & Risk Management: Negotiate terms to protect the company's interests and mitigate potential risks.

  3. Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to common law, English law, and relevant frameworks. Stay updated on legislative changes.

  4. Process Improvement: Establish review systems, create SOPs, and maintain contract repositories to ensure efficient management.

  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external counsel to meet operational needs and provide effective support.

  6. Advisory & Training: Provide legal advice and conduct training on contract processes to ensure understanding and adherence.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent; professional legal qualification preferred.

  2. Experience: 5+ years in contract drafting/review; 2+ years in a senior legal role in multinational or tech industries.

  3. Skills: Advanced knowledge of contract and commercial law; familiarity with data privacy, employment laws, and IT regulations; proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office; exceptional attention to detail, negotiation, and communication skills.
