Key Role: Performance Marketing Strategist

We seek a creative and analytical professional to drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Digital Ad Campaigns
    • Formulate and execute strategies for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and shopping/retargeting campaigns across various platforms.
    • Optimize ad campaigns for return on ad spend, cost per action, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value using data-driven insights.
  • Manage eCommerce Performance Marketing
    • Oversee the optimization of product feeds, remarketing, and dynamic ads to maximize campaign effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with brand positioning and customer journey goals.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance
    • Track and analyze campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations for scaling growth.
    • Stay up-to-date with eCommerce, digital advertising, and customer engagement trends to proactively test and adopt new strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an eCommerce or digital brand environment.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and shopping/retargeting campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp marketing, ideally integrated via a customer engagement platform.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), campaign dashboards, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
