About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Sales Executive to join our team and help us achieve our mission of improving healthcare outcomes in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proactively address customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to prioritize and implement software updates and enhancements based on customer feedback and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven relevant experience of at least 2 years in the healthcare or IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience in selling software solutions.
