Technical Project Manager

Lead and manage multiple complex programs of work. Your role is to drive strategic initiatives, build relationships, influence outcomes, and implement solutions with your partners.

Effective communication is key for interacting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels across the organization. You will work independently to define, plan, and execute technical projects; able to distill data and articulate rationale for making difficult trade-offs and prioritizations.

Motivating teams to solve problems and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple geographies requires outstanding influencing skills. These skills are essential to drive large-scale technical delivery at all levels of the organization.

Experience using planning and task management tools such as Gantt and Jira, along with common project management practices, will support delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage multiple large concurrent technology programs or portfolios.
  2. Stay highly organized and detail-oriented; self-motivated.
  3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organization to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
  4. Define, plan, and execute technical projects; able to distill data and articulate rationale for making difficult trade-offs and prioritizations.
  5. Motivate teams to solve problems and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple geographies.
  6. Drive large-scale technical delivery at all levels of the organization.
  7. Use planning and task management tools such as Gantt and Jira, along with common project management practices, to support delivery objectives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  1. Lead program delivery to support long-term business objectives that are complex and integrated.
  2. Create clear scope definition across all areas of the program, including planning, communications, change management, and implementation.
  3. Design, develop, and manage complex integrated roadmaps and delivery plans in a dynamic environment that is constantly adapting to the changing need of the customers.
  4. Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought leadership while effectively driving program delivery; produce program reporting to executive stakeholders on the status and health of the program.
  5. Capture, resolve, and escalate risk & impediments to ensure that program delivery continues effectively and unencumbered; ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
  6. Support senior-level executives and support the creation of C-level presentation materials to support the communication of program-level status and information for various stakeholders.
  7. Run agile ceremonies and ensure a healthy team backlog and process.
Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of experience in product or program management with end-to-end product and/or service delivery.
  2. 3+ years of experience overseeing roadmap strategy, definition, improvement, and measurement.
