  4. Event Coordination: Organize and participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
  5. Campaign Evaluation: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to inform strategy adjustments.
  6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Creative, motivated, and results-driven.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
