Head of Finance is a strategic leadership role that oversees financial operations and drives growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, in compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations. Manage month-end closing processes to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to inform strategic decisions. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting, collections, and disbursements. Identify opportunities to optimize working capital and improve liquidity.
  • Risk Management & Internal Controls: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and establish internal controls to mitigate these risks. Protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Compliance: Liaise with external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of financial governance.
  • Team Management: Lead the finance department, fostering a culture of operational excellence and accuracy. Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Cost Management: Identify cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability. Implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize resource allocation.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA or ACCA qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in a senior finance role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Proven track record of driving financial growth and improving operational efficiency.
