Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Pipeline Architect to design, build, and maintain efficient data processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Engineering: Design and develop scalable data pipelines using ETL/ELT methodologies.
  • Database Management: Implement data models optimized for performance and business needs in relational databases such as Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • Data Integration: Utilize Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to automate and streamline data integration processes.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across various systems by implementing best practices in data engineering.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize SQL queries and database performance for efficient data retrieval and minimize downtime.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and BI teams to provide well-structured data for insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data engineering, ETL, and data pipeline development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data transformation, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for data integration and automation.
  • Knowledge of data modeling principles including dimensional modeling, normalization, and denormalization.
  • Familiarity with database systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, or other relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for automation.
  • Exposure to CI/CD for data pipelines and version control systems like Git.
