Job Overview

As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering engagement with our diverse community. This position involves taking consistent feedback from potential customers to identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, enabling them to stay up-to-date with industry-related topics by combining online sources, interviews, and studies. Additionally, they should be proficient in writing clear marketing copy to promote our products and services.

We are looking for someone who can prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems and effectively promote content on social media platforms.

A key aspect of this role is identifying customers' needs and gaps, which will enable us to tailor our offerings to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking consistent feedback from potential customers to inform business decisions
  • Scheduling visits for potential members to foster community growth
  • Researching industry-related topics to stay ahead of the curve

  • Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
  • Promoting content on social media to expand our reach
