Are you a motivated and organized professional looking to make an impact in education? We're seeking a Specialist to manage operations, build a nationwide network, and promote our programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with high school counselors, schools, and universities.
  • Develop and maintain a nationwide student and counselor network.
  • Conduct outreach and special events to promote the organization
  • Travel to regional schools for outreach (20% travel across Pakistan).
  • Manage emails and business WhatsApp accounts.
  • Develop and maintain databases.
  • Manage logistics during tours and events.
  • Support yield events and summer/winter programs (if needed).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)

  • Bachelor's or Master's from an international institution is preferred. 

  • 2+ years of education experience

  • Prior working experience at a school/university is preferred

  • Business development experience (asset)

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Digitally savvy

  • Full-time commitment (40 hours/week)
