Job Title: Assistant Creative Manager

This role is a key part of our creative team, supporting the development and execution of innovative campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely under the guidance of the Creative Director to oversee day-to-day creative operations.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating a cross-functional team of graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
  • Support the development and execution of creative strategies that align with overall brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Oversee and review the creation, editing, and delivery of visual and written content across multiple digital platforms.
  • Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines, maintains quality standards, and resonates with target audiences.
  • Participate in content planning, brainstorming sessions, and concept development to generate fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Help maintain consistency in brand visual identity, tone of voice, and content cadence across campaigns.
  • Monitor and update content calendars, contributing to performance tracking and audience engagement analysis.
  • Stay current with emerging digital trends, platform innovations, and best practices in creative storytelling.
