Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SQA Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery of releases.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of developers and testers to implement manual and automated testing solutions. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, reviewing and approving automated test scripts, and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

As a Senior SQA Analyst, you will have excellent technical skills and knowledge of software development lifecycle, including version control software and issue tracking systems. You will also possess strong leadership and presentation skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Review and approve automated test scripts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Integrate automated testing into continuous integration and deployment pipelines
  • Document and communicate test results and findings
  • Verify defects and fixes to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Convey unbiased advice and opinions clearly and effectively
  • Build strong working relationships with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Mentor and support junior QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in manual testing, with recent experience in automation testing (2+ years)
  • Excellent understanding of technical requirements and software development lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD tools
  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver, C#, NUnit, and other relevant technologies
  • Knowledge of XML data files, MS SQL, and version control software
  • Advanced level of ISTQB qualification
  • Agile Scrum/Kanban development process exposure
