Product Portfolio Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and detail-driven professional to oversee our product-to-market process. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you'll be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings across multiple online channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of listing specialists.
    • Set targets for new products to be listed and optimized.
    • Manage daily workflow to ensure timely task completion.
  • Quality Control & Process Optimization:
    • Review and approve listing templates and strategies before implementation.
    • Analyze and improve listing creation processes for speed and accuracy.
    • E nsure all listings comply with platform policies and company brand guidelines.
  • Performance & Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the Head of E-commerce to develop product presentation and SEO strategy.
    • Monitor listing performance, tracking metrics like conversion rate and click-through rate.
    • Work with Marketing and Design teams for seamless product launches.
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 2-4 years in e-commerce, with at least 1 year in leadership or management.
    • Proven track record in managing high-volume listings on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and WooCommerce.
  • Key Skills:
    • Expert-level knowledge of e-commerce SEO and ranking algorithms.
    • Strong data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
    • Process management experience, including workflow creation and optimization.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce backend systems and listing management software.
