Job Overview:

This role focuses on providing exceptional support to office operations, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proactive in managing day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an outstanding front-desk experience, ensuring a positive impression of the organization.
  • Manage protocols and procedures efficiently.
  • Supervise housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Coordinate courier services and manage logistics.
  • Plan and execute internal meetings and events.
  • Foster collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Attend work sessions 15 minutes prior to staff members.
  • Maintain attendance records for support staff.
  • Record stock issuance, genset, and electric meter usage.
  • Document Qarshi water supply consumption and daily headcounts.
  • Oversee floor equipment maintenance and management.
  • Maintain guest and visitor logs.
  • Monitor dispatch activities and gate passes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or related fields.
  • Superb communication skills for professional interactions with clients.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and basic computer skills; knowledge of standard office equipment.
  • Ability to perform various administrative tasks like filing and organizing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and stress management abilities.
  • Lahore (Zameen Opal Building Near LDA Avenue) location preference.
