**Job Description:**

  • As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for creating test strategies for complex projects with remote teams and developing automation frameworks. You will support multiple scrum delivery teams with estimation, planning, and strategy for testing Web and Mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities include owning test coverage, defect reporting, and metrics. Additionally, you will establish and enhance automated testing frameworks for UI and API testing, advocating for QA best practices across teams and establishing checks to prevent regressions and issues.

Leading Initiatives:

You will lead initiatives to improve processes, investigate tools, and develop test frameworks for future projects. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change and implement new technologies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of relevant testing or development experience is required, including strong manual testing skills and proficiency in Java programming.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with Test Automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, RestAssured is highly desirable. Knowledge of cloud tools such as Git, Drone CI, Argo CD, Kubernetes is also beneficial. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
