Female Business Development Manager

As a key member of the Suncore immigration solutions team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence:
- Lead daily branch operations to ensure seamless and efficient functioning.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and immigration laws.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client applications.
- Implement effective workflows to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Client Consultation & Relationship Management:
- Provide expert advice on immigration programs (student visas, work permits, PR applications, business visas, etc.).
- Assess clients' eligibility for various immigration programs and offer tailored solutions.
- Address client concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, EMBASSIES, AND REGULATORY BODIES.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in the immigration sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the branch and attract clients.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of immigration consultants and administrative staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary coaching and feedback.
- Motivate staff to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss updates, policies, and team performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
