Job Description

1. Tour Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate tours, taking into account client preferences and requirements.
2. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
3. Hotel and Guide Coordination: Liaise with hotels and tour guides to ensure smooth operations and high-quality services.
4. Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote tour packages and drive business growth.

Key Requirements

• Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Tourism Industry Knowledge: Have knowledge of the tourism industry and popular destinations in Pakistan, providing valuable insights to clients.
• Language Fluency: Be fluent in English and Urdu languages, facilitating effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
