Tour Planner

We are seeking a skilled Tour Planner to join our team. This is an online/remote job opportunity perfect for fresh graduates interested in gaining experience in the hospitality industry.

1. Itinerary Planning and Execution: Plan and execute tour itineraries for clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
2. Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides to guarantee smooth operations.
3. Exceptional Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing solutions and support when needed.
4. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote tour packages and attract new clients.

1. Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
2. Independent Working Style: Self-motivated and able to work independently, making decisions as needed.
3. Tourism Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tourism industry and popular destinations in Pakistan, including Swat and other areas.
4. Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English and Urdu languages, enabling effective communication with clients and suppliers.
