We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Operations and Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise, and implementing preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or industrial maintenance, with experience in managing production lines and maintaining equipment. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail.

  • Perform regular maintenance on production lines and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and address any issues that may arise during production, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve problems quickly.
  • Implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production lines and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
