Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Architect. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of software development experience along with 3 years in the capacity of Technical Lead/Software Architect.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related field
  2. Excellent programming and analytical skills with knowledge of design patterns
  3. Solid experience in one of the cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and GCP. Experience in more than one platform is preferred
  4. 10+ years of experience in architecting, developing, and maintaining n-tier Web applications
  5. 5+ years of experience in developing applications, including enterprise-level applications using .NET(C#) and Node
  6. Experience with DevOps environment including CI/CD tools and pipelines implementation
  7. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes would be a plus point
  8. Solid experience with relational and non-relational databases
  9. Experience with REST and SOAP services
  10. Experience with Typescript, CSS, and HTML is preferred but not mandatory
  11. Strong object-oriented design and system architecture knowledge
  12. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  13. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  14. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  15. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  16. Experience working in an offshore software development environment is a plus
  17. Availability to work in a flexible schedule
Responsibilities
  1. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends to build proof of concepts and minimum viable products, as well as lead cross-functional teams to build large-scale products
  2. Responsible for creating and maintaining the overall structure and layout of a software system's components and their interfaces within and outside of the system
  3. Ensures that the Architectural attributes - Performance, Scalability, Modularity, Reliability, Maintainability, Reusability, Internationalization, and Accessibility – are met
  4. Ensures technical cohesion and helps design the technical contract in interfaces and other abstract objects and data entities
  5. Leads design reviews and provides feedback to improve the architecture of the system
  6. Conducts technical and feature risk assessments and communicates to the architect and product management groups
  7. Influences software engineering best practices within the team
  8. Mentors and guides engineers and developers within the company
  9. Guides and participates in recruiting the best technical talent for the team
  10. Participates in any other initiatives running under the umbrella of Engineering like training, talks, estimates, etc
  11. Should be able to setup code on their local machine to ensure they can help team in providing design guidelines and troubleshooting
  12. Collaborates with Business Analysts and Product Managers to identify business opportunities
