Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion. You will also be expected to pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth and expansion through strategic planning, networking, and market research
  2. Pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  3. Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  4. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  5. Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  7. Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends and competitor activities
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of successful sales performance in a similar industry or market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (desired)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed
