About the Role:

As a Scrum Master, you will be working with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality results.

  • Elevate your skills by leading teams through Agile methodologies.
  • Drive efficiencies and performance by educating teams on Scaled Agile practices and values.
  • Coach teams to maximize self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor teams in consistently delivering customer value.
  • Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across teams.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, and prioritized.
  • Develop and maintain a positive team dynamic to facilitate progress transparency.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Scrum Master roles or similar Agile leadership positions.

  • Demonstrated understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks to achieve business objectives.
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in SAFe Scrum Master or PSM/CSP.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
