We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Outlet Assistant Manager to assist the Outlet Manager in driving sales growth, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet, including team supervision, customer service, sales strategy development, inventory control, and visual display.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Supervision: Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to supervise and motivate a team of retail associates, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of sales goals.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a customer-centric focus by ensuring that all customers receive a welcoming and personalized shopping experience, addressing inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating with the Warehouse team for replenishment.
  • Visual Display: Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure effective product presentation and display, maintaining visual standards on the shop floor.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in retail management or a related field being an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding solutions, ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
