Job Title: Enterprise Integration Specialist

Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to design and implement efficient integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, and IBM IIB.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Participate in scoping, estimating efforts, and developing project plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan milestones, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, and dependencies.
  • Develop an integration strategy that aligns with client goals and objectives.
  • Design and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable applications and frameworks.
  • Make critical technical decisions to meet client expectations.
  • Establish best practices and coding standards.
  • Define the code review process and perform code reviews.
  • Maintain a high level of technical competence within the team.
  • Identify business problems and develop innovative solutions and frameworks.
  • Generate and execute skill-building plans.
  • Assist in hiring the right talent for the organization.
  • Mentor and motivate team members.
  • Contribute to white papers, blogs, case studies, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in integration tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Tibco, Biztalk, webMethods, IBM IIB, Apache Camel, etc.) and Java/J2EE.
  • Experience in Dell Boomi is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in MuleSoft/Azure Integration Services is highly desirable.
  • Thorough understanding of web services (REST & SOAP).
  • Strong experience in designing medium to large enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, Rabbit MQ, JMS, etc.).
  • Experience in API Management (APIGEE, MuleSoft, Zuul, etc.).
  • Exposure to Authentication, Authorization, SSO using JWT, OAuth, SAML.
  • Excellent skills in design patterns, data structures & algorithms, OOAD.
  • Experience in Pre-Sales - define end-to-end solution architecture covering technical, deployment architectures, and non-functional & performance aspects.
  • Mandatory experience in Retail - E-commerce domain, IDE (Eclipse, IntelliJ, NetBeans, etc.), and Maven.
  • Good skills in code refactoring and application performance tuning.
  • Strong implementation experience using Test-Driven Development, Domain-Driven Design, and clean code principles.
  • Client-facing experience and worked in matrix organization & onsite-offshore models.
  • Experience in using estimation techniques like Use-case, FP, Story points.
  • Experience in creating presentations, demos to customers and internal management team.
  • Awareness of Agile execution methodology.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple projects.
